Alexandre Verdon, leader of

   Alexandre Verdon is the Head Chef of the Havanita. He designs the dishes, develops the menus and sources the best products for the pleasure of his customers.

    A graduate of the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon, he studied at Arpège*** in Paris. His credo: to design an inventive cuisine accessible to all.

    Gauthier Pillet is the director of Havanita. After passing through the greatest Parisian addresses, he devotes himself to Havanita where he makes every effort to make you spend beautiful evenings, from aperitif until the end of the night.

    Its mission: to take you to the tropics of Cuba for a dinner or an evening.
